Purchased items can be returned within 14 days from the shipping date together with a copy of the original receipt. No return or exchange is accepted after this period. It is recommended to insure all returned items, since we cannot give credit for a lost shipment. All dance shoes for exchange or refund must be unworn and completely unsoiled and in the original shoe box. Soiled shoes or shoes with any mark cannot be returned for credit, refund, or exchange. With the exception of manufacturers defects, dyed or worn shoes are not returnable.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
All returns are subject to a 20% restock charge plus shipping charges.
